Lost Coast Brewery The Lost Coast Brewery is the creation of partners Barbara Groom and Wendy Pound. After experimenting with brewing at home and finding their first building, Groom and Pound gained a reputation for high-quality beers! Here at Birk’s Restaurant, we serve Lost Coast’s popular Downtown Brown with a light hoppy flavor and a hint of roasted malts.

Sierra Nevada Brewing Company This famous brewery got its start back in 1970 when Ken Grossman discovered a passion for creating beer. The Sierra Nevada Brewing Company officially opened in 1980. After this, it did not take long for the brewery to create one of their most popular beers: the Pale Ale! You can find this amazing Pale Ale when you visit our Santa Clara restaurant.

Lagunitas Brewing Company Beer lovers from around the country got together in the early 1990s to start the Lagunitas Brewing Company. This brewery focuses on the customers, which is why so many patrons love their beer! When you dine at Birk’s Restaurant, order a Laguinitas IPA.

Stone Brewing Company The Stone Brewing Company started in 1996 and quickly earned fans. In 2008, Stone achieved the “All-Time Top Brewery on Planet Earth” honor from BeerAdvocate magazine. They won this honor again the following year! Try Stone’s malty and full-flavored Pale Ale the next time you visit Birk’s Restaurant.
