Throwback Thursday: Featuring Our Grilled Ahi Sandwich!

As you know every Thursday for lunch we feature a Birk’s Favorite that is no longer on the menu. 

This week is the GRILLED AHI SANDWICH wasabi mayonnaise, cucumber, fennel, organic baby arugula and red onion served on a sweet bun with coleslaw.

Also, every Thursday our Soup of the Day is Chicken Tortilla Soup.

After becoming the #1 requested soup, Birk's Chicken Tortilla became a weekly soup selection in 1998. The same recipe has been followed for the last 12 years. Enjoy a big bowl of it every Thursday!
